Pune : MIM Lok Sabha candidate Anis Sundke has announced that a memorial to Tipu Sultan are going to be in-built Pune.
Reacting to this, BJP metropolis Unit President Dheeraj Ghate claimed, “We will never allow the memorial to be designed on Pune’s land below any circumstances. We are going to lodge a law enforcement complaint In this particular regard.”
He was addressing a push fulfill in town on Sunday. BJP Election administration Committee Coordinator Shrinath Bhimale, Patit Pavan Sanghatana’s Swapnil Naik, Datta Khade, Maha Yuti Coordinator Sandeep Khardekar, Joint Publicity Chief Pushkar Tuljapukar and others were being current.
Ghate explained, “The BJP strongly opposes the proposed memorial here to Tipu Sultan. He tortured the Hindus. Sundke is attempting to push a wedge among two communities by boosting the memorial situation in the elections. a lot of people made an effort to rejoice the birth anniversary of Tipu Sultan. The BJP vehemently opposed it. We gained’t enable this to occur at any Charge.”
Ghate mentioned, “Pune is known as a cultural centre. a lot of historical personalities were associated with it. Tipu Sultan was not an awesome chief. He killed A huge number of Hindu Males and ladies. Hindutva outfits won't ever allow the memorial to return up. We are going to solution the law enforcement. it's an attempt to polarise votes.
